In Philadelphia, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across Pennsylvania, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The fam and I are traveling from STL to Philly and this place was right next to our Air BnB and was highly recommended by our host. Super glad we stopped by, Larry and Mike were awesome and provided some suggestions. I got the Daily B.E.C and it was the best Bacon Egg and Cheese Iβve ever had! The fudge latte was amazing as well!

Next level donuts & drinks with incredibly friendly service. To my surprise the donuts are baked rather than fried, and had just the right touch of sweetness without being overwhelming. I was happy to find out this isn't as guilty of a pleasure as I would have imagined! My husband and I tried the buttermilk with honey pistachio, blueberry wheat with blueberry lemon topping, and were gifted a complimentary iced chocolate as an extra Valentine's Day treat. All three were delicious, but the honey pistachio is a stand-out must try. Literally one of the top options for a sweet treat in the entire city. The texture, the spices, the flavor β absolute heaven. The drinks punched above their weight and are worth mentioning as well. The coffee is sourced from Rival Bros, tasted very fresh, and there was a great selection of add-ins to customize including a yummy chai spice. The fresh squeezed blueberry lemonade was flavorful and perfectly refreshing. I'm definitely going to have to come back for the bagels (apparently shipped in from NYC) and add an update!

I got the Ringo Avocado, and it was such a creative twist on breakfast! It comes served on a donut, and you can actually choose any type youβd like β I went with the cornbread donut, which was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The flavors worked really well together β fresh, satisfying, and definitely something different from your usual breakfast sandwich. The service was quick, and my order came out fresh and warm. I also appreciated that the wait wasnβt long (I came before the rush). Overall, itβs a fun spot to try if youβre looking for something unique, flavorful, and made with care. Iβll definitely be back to try another donut combo next time! 5/5

Great addition to the neighborhood! Tried the pancake donut and the cornbread doughnut with different toppings, and they were both great! Light and fluffy with nice flavor. I recommend the apple pie topping on the pancake donut and the turkey sausage gravy on the cornbread donut. Will be trying the sandwich next time!
